Dr Radhika Mistry
Hi, I’m Dr Radhika and I am a General and Implant Dentist who qualified from the University of Manchester in 2013. I work to practice proactive dentistry rather than reactive dentistry and work hard to help my patients to maintain and keep their teeth for life.
Through the years I have attended numerous courses so I can offer Invisalign and Mini Smile Makeovers and Dental Implants.
I love working in general practice, as I believe it gives me the opportunity to directly help the community and build strong relationships with my patients. I particularly enjoy treating families, children and anxious patients and believes that through clear and effective communication the patient can be guided to taking an active role in their dental treatment and oral health.
I enjoy spending time with my two children and love trying new recipes and baking.

Dr Keval Rughani
Hi, I’m Dr Keval and I am a general and cosmetic Dentist who qualified from the University of Birmingham in 2018.
As finalist of the Future of Dentistry Awards 2019 and founder of the UK’s fastest growing training and mentoring forum, I strive to deliver high quality patient care. I enjoy building trusting relationships with my patients in a relaxed and friendly environment.
I am a Harley Street trained Invisalign dentist and Enlighten smiles provider. I enjoy creating healthy and beautiful smiles with the latest minimally invasive techniques, including composite bonding, which I have attended numerous courses for.
I like to spend my own time with family and friends, travel and enjoy playing several sports including badminton, football and golf.

Dr Rikhil Ruparelia
Having been a patient at Green Dental & Implant Clinic from a young age, and continuing to be a patient today, I feel incredibly fortunate to now work alongside Dr. Radhika Mistry and the wonderful team here. My journey into dentistry really began with my own experience as a patient with the founder of this practice, Dr. Adrian McNamee, who helped me overcome a childhood dental phobia and ignited my passion for the profession. From the age of 15, I would often visit the practice just to watch Adrian work, and I continued to do so throughout my dental studies. His kindness and professionalism left a lasting impression on me and inspired me to pursue a career in dentistry, with a particular focus on endodontics.
I graduated with my dental degree from the University of Manchester, and later earned a Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. My passion for endodontics led me to pursue a 3-year Master’s degree (MSc), where I honed my skills in root canal treatments. Along the way, I also sought out additional training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry through respected programs at the Tipton Training Academy, Perio Academy, Frank Spear, and The Dawson Academy. This broad training allows me to approach even the most complex endodontic cases with a well-rounded perspective, ensuring that every treatment I provide is as thorough and compassionate as possible.
Having experienced dental anxiety myself, I truly understand the importance of creating a calm and reassuring environment for my patients. My goal is always to provide high-quality, patient-centred care, making sure that every visit is as comfortable and stress-free as I can make it.
I am always happy to accept referrals for endodontic cases, and I love collaborating with other dental professionals to achieve the best possible results for our patients. Outside of work (when I’m not reading dental journals and case reports on root canal treatments, of course!), I enjoy spending time with my wife, our baby son, and our dog, Poppy, a playful Cavapoo. I also love cooking, gardening, and playing the piano. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to care for my patients and look forward to helping you achieve and maintain excellent dental health in a warm and supportive environment.

Dr Dhroov Thanki
Dhroov qualified as a dentist in 2018 from the University of Birmingham, and brings experience in family dentistry, Invisalign and managing periodontal disease. He has worked in Leicestershire since qualifying, and has a passion for helping anxious adults and children.
Dhroov saw a need for a higher level of care for patients with gum disease, and completed a postgraduate diploma in periodontics (gum health and gum disease management) on Harley Street, at the esteemed RW Perio clinic with Dr Reena Wadia. Learning from and working with some of the best specialists in the UK, Dhroov brings top-down, focussed treatment planning and clinical skills at the cutting edge of research. With his calm and empathic nature, Dhroov can tailor your oral regime to make sure everything is customised to your benefit.
Dhroov has also completed further qualifications with the Royal College of Practitioners and Surgeons in Glasgow to become a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons. This prestigious award recognises good communication skills and sound, holistic treatments that puts the patient first.
Dhroov is excited to continue his education and research more into the impact of gum disease and how we can improve management of the condition conservatively. He is hoping to complete research and advance his training into a Masters in Periodontics in the near future.
Outside of dentistry, Dhroov enjoys watching football & Formula 1, and hopes to attend more races live. He often spends his weekends cooking with his mum or doing something car- related with his dad.
